Freight invoice reviews · Based in Moncton, serving businesses across Canada

Carriers make billing mistakes. I find them.

I check your freight invoices against your agreed rates and show you exactly what you were overcharged. The first review is free, and I only earn a share of money you actually get back.

How a review works

Four steps, and you decide at each one whether to continue.

1
Send 10 recent invoices
Email or upload 10 recent freight invoices and your rate sheet or quote. We sign an NDA first.
2
I check every line
Each invoice goes through ten checks: duplicates, weight, rates, fuel, extra charges, delivery times, tax and math. Software helps, and I verify every finding myself.
3
You get a plain report
One page with the dollar total at the top and proof for each overcharge. If I find nothing, the report says so.
4
I recover it, if you want
With your written approval, I send the claims to your carrier. You pay a share of what is actually credited, nothing more.

What I look for

Small errors repeat on every invoice, so they add up quietly. Most are too small for anyone to chase.

01
Duplicate charges
The same shipment billed twice, on one invoice or across several.
02
Weight and freight class
Billed weight above the bill of lading, or a higher class than the goods need.
03
Contract rates
Prices above your agreed rate, or discounts that were never applied.
04
Fuel surcharges
A percentage that does not match the carrier's own schedule for that week.
05
Extra charges
Liftgate, residential delivery or waiting time charged but never used.
06
Late deliveries, tax and math
Refunds owed on guaranteed services, plus wrong tax rates and addition errors.

Best suited to businesses across Canada that ship regularly: distributors, wholesalers, food and beverage producers, building suppliers, e-commerce sellers and manufacturers. Companies that have never audited their invoices often find some errors. How much depends on your carriers and volume, so I will not promise a number.

Who you would be working with

Meet Bhadani
Founder, Maritime Freight Review · Moncton, New Brunswick

I started Maritime Freight Review because freight billing mistakes are easy to miss, and most businesses do not have time to chase them. I check the invoices carefully so you do not have to.

The first review is free because I would rather earn your trust with real results than ask you to take my word for it. I am local, so we can meet in person, and you always deal with me directly.

Common questions

Why is the first review free?

The best way to earn your trust is to show you real results first. If I find nothing, you have lost nothing.

What do I need to send?

About 10 recent freight invoices and your rate sheet or quote. Bills of lading and proofs of delivery make the review stronger, but we can start without them.

Will you contact my carrier?

Not without your written approval. You see every claim before it goes out.

What if you find nothing?

I will tell you plainly, and you pay nothing.

How much will you find?

It depends on your carriers, your volume and how closely invoices have been checked. I will not promise a number before I have seen your invoices.

Do you review customs duties?

Not at the moment. I review carrier freight invoices only.
